Can I use it to play music from my phone?
This model does not have a built-in speaker and only supports Bluetooth output, which you can connect to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

Why doesn't the platter spin?
Please check that the belt is properly installed around the slot of motor pulley.

The platter spins, but there is no sound or the volume is not loud enough
Check whether the Phono/Line switch and settings for the connected equipment are correct.

It is slowing down, is there anything I can do?
You can try to lubricate the hole under the platter with some oil or replace a new belt.

What should I do if the wireless connection fails?
Make sure that the turntable or the Bluetooth device you want to connect to is not itself connected to another device.
